Our chatbot will often sit inside a microsite, created and owned by us but with another organisation’s branding. So when we say ‘chatbot’ we mean the chatbot and our microsite that our chatbot sits on.

You agree to use our chatbot only for lawful purposes. You must also use it in a way that doesn’t infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else.
We update our chatbot all the time. We can change or remove content at any time without notice.

You can use our chatbot to access information on appealing or challenging a Penalty Charge Notice.
Where available, you may also use our chatbot:

to submit your challenge to the council;

to write your challenge (personalised appeal) for you.
Refund for a challenge (personalised appeal) that our chatbot has written for you
In some situations our chatbot may offer to write your challenge (personalised appeal) for you in return for a fee which is fully refundable if your challenge is unsuccessful. If you accept this offer, we take payment and email the challenge to you with a link to our online refund form in case you need it.
To apply for a refund you agree to use our online refund form and provide us with:

your Penalty Charge Notice number;

your email address; and
-
an uploaded copy of the council’s rejection letter in full (showing that your challenge was unsuccessful).
Refunds are paid back to the payment card within 21 days.
Linking to/from our chatbot
Our chatbot links to and from websites that are managed by the council, its service providers or other organisations. We don’t have any control over the content on these websites.
